NEW GLASGOW, N.S. – Martin Gregory Bates, 64, is expected to be in court Aug. 13 to enter a plea.
Bates, who is on leave of absence from his position as recreation director for the Town of Trenton, was charged with trespassing and voyeurism in relation to an incident May 12, 2018 in Stellarton.
Court documents state the charges involve prowling at night near a dwelling house as well as observing someone who had a reasonable expectation of privacy.
Bates was not in court for his scheduled appearance Monday and Judge Del Atwood adjourned the case until Aug. 13.
