PICTOU – A Eureka man charged with dangerous driving causing death made a brief court appearance Monday in Pictou.
Foster Leroy Hoar, 73, was charged following an investigation into a fatal collision on Abercrombie Road near the Trenton Connector on Dec. 7, 2016. Police say a dump truck collided with a small car and the 85-year-old woman driving the car was pronounced deceased at the scene. Hoar’s case was adjourned until April 3.
