PICTOU – A Westville man has pleaded not guilty to a charge of break and enter into a home.

Paul Lavarn Whynacht, 53, will have his trial heard in Pictou provincial court on June 8. The charge was laid in relation to an alleged incident in New Glasgow on Oct. 14, 2017. He also pleaded not guilty to an additional charge of failing to comply with a probation order.
