PICTOU – A Stellarton man has entered not guilty pleas to multiple offences involving a motor vehicle.
Darrell Lloyd Buell, 57, is charged with having care and control of vehicle in an accident with intent to escape civil or criminal liability and failing to stop the vehicle to give assistance as well two counts of impaired driving and providing false information to a police officer.
The alleged incidents occurred on Oct. 16 in Stellarton.
His trial will take place in Pictou provincial court on June 25.
