Pictou pondering welcome for businesses

PICTOU – The Town of Pictou wants to a better job at welcoming new businesses.

Council agreed that it would like to see the new entrepreneurs welcomed with a certificate and appropriate gift which could either be flowers or something unique to the Town of Pictou.

Town staff was asked to come up with gift ideas and bring it back to council for consideration.
