Shots fired at New Glasgow home

New Glasgow Regional Police Major Crime Unit are investigating shots fired at a home in New Glasgow.

Friday morning at approximately 4:14 a.m., a single gunshot was heard on James Street, New Glasgow. New Glasgow Regional Police responded and located a nearby residence that had been struck with a number of pellets.

No one was injured in this incident, but it is not known at this time what the intention was of the shooting. New Glasgow Regional Police are continuing to investigate.
