Woman pleads guilty to dangerous driving

A 22-year-old Westville woman originally charged with using her car as a weapon pleaded guilty to an amended count of dangerous driving in Pictou provincial court on Thursday.

Emma Michelle Halliday was in court for trial, but changed her pleas to guilty after the counts were amended.

She is also charged with committing mischief and breaching her undertaking. Another breach charge was dismissed.

She’ll be sentenced on June 19.
