The Town of New Glasgow and Muncipality of Pictou County, who are partners on the project, are currently in negotiations with a potential tenant which they hope to be able to announce in the near future. New Glasgow CAO said all the infrastructure is in place, but they are waiting to do any paving until they determine lot configuration.
