The knitters have completed about 70 projects for other organizations that include donations for Knit a Square in South Africa, dolls for children in hospital as well as blankets and other necessary items. The group meets Fridays at the Stellarton library and new members are always welcome. Knitting needles and yarn is available on site. From the front: Lee Fahey, Helen Cruickshank, Sandra Darroch and Betty MacKenzie work on their projects.
