PINEAU, Mary Elizabeth -50, of McKeen Rd., Scotsburn, passed away February 5, 2018 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born in Pictou, she was a daughter of the late Peter & Benny (Profit) Pineau. She worked at John’s Country Canteen for several years and Glen Haven Manor for the past five years. Mary is survived by the love of her life, Jimmie Moffat; daughters, Sydnie Cameron (Rick Lush), Marla Cameron (Coby Diamond); Jimmie’s children, Blake (Sarah), Jordan & Stephanie; lifelong friend, Ericka Rauh; siblings, Roxanne (Brian) Johnston, Rick Pineau, Stacy Pineau, Nicole (Dave) Walsh; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Besides her parents, she was also predeceased by her grandparents, James & Anna Profit, Andrew & Bernice Pineau; sister, Michelle Clarke; and brother, Jimmie Pineau. Visitation will be 2-4 & 7-9 PM Friday in McLaren Funeral Home, Pictou. Funeral will take place 2:00 PM Saturday from Salem Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Mary Anne Grant officiating.
