Munroe was a player with the Blue Lob -Stars team, and was known also for his work as a radio newsman and later, as the executive director of the Riverfront Jubilee. He died last Nov. 22 after a year-long battle with cancer. In back left is league president Tom Dale, while also shown is Carlton’s son Noah and Nate, his wife Taryn and his mother Alta Munroe.
