WESTVILLE ROAD – Mariposa East Training Centre skaters recently came home from the Robert McCall Memorial with some fantastic results and performances, held in East Hants Feb. 2-4.
This is an invitational competition encompassing skaters from all over the Maritimes and was a
a great end of a competitive season for Jillian Matlock and Jessie MacIntosh. Both skated extremely strong Short and Long Programs to Star 5 (Pre Novice Events), trying to qualify through to make Team Nova Scotia for the Atlantic Championships.

Star 5 - Pre Novice events at the Robert McCall Memorial is also the qualifying event for the Atlantic Championships being held in April. Every Mariposa skater trying to qualify made it through.
