WESTVILLE ROAD – An off-season hockey training program run by pro player Dave MacIntyre is starting soon.

This program is designed to develop and improve each individual’s needs.

Some of the topics to be covered include:

- quick feet/agility

- slide board

- explosion/plyometrics

- strength and conditioning

- puck handling

- shooting instruction

- mental and nutritional coaching; and much more.
