STELLARTON – Pictou County Athletics is hosting a warm-up track and field meet this coming Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Part of the meet at the Stellarton complex will cater to middle and high school students who wish to get ready for Nova Scotia School Athletics Federations meets coming up soon. The meet will also have four events for children ages 8-12; the 80m sprint, 400m, shot put and long jump.
The meet will also have Masters competing (ages 35 and up).
There is a $5 fee for the day and a canteen will be on site. Registration can be done on the website called ‘trackiereg’ and the fee will be collected upon arrival.
