TRENTON

The Peewee AAA Crushers had a relaxed weekend with one exhibition game, hosting East Hants at the Trenton rink on Saturday afternoon.

The Crushers outshot the Penguins 32-10 overall, and in the third period alone outshot them 18-2, but the East Hants goalie stole the game, which ended in a 3-1 loss for Pictou County.

Scoring the Crushers’ only goal was Logan Crosby, assisted by Ben Wallace and Seth Gallant.

The AAA’s will have a home-and-home with South Shore this coming weekend, hosting the Ice Sharks at 2 p.m. on Sunday at the Pictou County Wellness Centre.
