The Peewee AAA Crushers had three games over the weekend that ended with two losses and a tie.
The team travelled to Canning on Saturday to play Acadia at the Glooscap District Arena and lost 5-2. Kaden Smith and Reese Smith had singles while assists went out to Dominic MacKenzie, Reese Smith and Logan Crosby.
Sunday, they hosted the South Shore Sharks for two games at the PCWC. The first game ended in a 4-1 loss. Kaden Smith had the Crushers’ lone goal assisted by Reese Smith and Keagan Dalton.
The second game ended in a 4-4 tie. Goals went to Seth Gallant, Ben Wallace, Eastyn Cameron and Reese Smith. Helpers went to Jayden Duplessis with two, Brendan Avery and a pair for Lane Lochead.
The team will host Antigonish and Truro this weekend.
