WINDSOR – The Thorburn Golden Hawks went undefeated in round robin action at the recent “Birthplace of Hockey” Tournament in Windsor.

Thorburn’s only loss came at the hands of the TASA Ducks, in the tournament’s championship game.

Most valuable players selected for each game were Cole Bryden, Cole Miller, Kyla Jobe, and Dylan Gunn.

It was a total team effort, with all three lines scoring goals. Getting goals for Thorburn were Cole Bryden (10), Cale Cormier Cameron (3), Gage Wolf and Dylan Gunn with two each, and Marcus Coady, Duncan Bannerman, Karson Coady and Kyla Jobe with one apiece.

John Mason put in a solid performance in nets.
