Jim Proudfoot, owner of the building, said renovations are currently underway to prepare a portion of the top floor of the building for a retail location.
“There will actually be two spaces on the upper floor,” he said. “One will be open in July and another space will be for future rental.”
The building has been vacant since the company moved to their location in the Albion Business Park and Proudfoot said it’s nice to finally have something going in there.
“We don’t like seeing space idle,” he said.
