COLUMN: There are ways to address testosterone deficiency

Are you deficient in testosterone?

Keep reading because this remedy may be what you have been looking for!

Men, if you are feeling low libido (sex drive), fatigued, hair loss, difficulty with erections, loss of muscle mass, increased body fat, mood changes, depression and “just not yourself,” then you may need an herbal formula that would help your body produce more testosterone.

Ladies, you may be low in testosterone if you are experiencing low sex drive, weight gain, depression, low energy and fatigue, inability to gain muscle mass when working out, irritable, and slow metabolism.

Foods to increase in your diet to help with increasing testosterone production include shellfish, oysters, beef, beans, egg yolks and tuna.

A natural remedy is known as pine pollen and it is available at our adjacent pharmacy in the same building as my clinic!! Athletes are loving the endurance and stamina they experience when taking the pine pollen to step up their game!

News! Check out as we are hosting a Women’s Wellness Workshop on Oct 28.
