BROOKFIELD, N.S. — A fire broke out at Brookfield's Pizza & Food Market early this morning, May 24.

The fire was reported shortly before 4 a.m. and Brookfield firefighters were joined by Hilden, Cobequid, Stewiacke, Upper Stewiacke, Onslow Belmont, Shubenacadie, Truro Fire and Bible Hill.

No one was in the building when the fire was reported.
