Food drive this week at Northern Pulp

Northern Pulp is holding a food drive once again this year for the Pictou County food banks. Employees of the company as well as people in the community are aiming to fill a shipping container with food. Last year the company was just short of 5,000 pounds in donations and are hoping to surpass that mark this year. Anyone who would like to make a donation can stop by the guard house on Tuesday from 5 a.m. to 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. On Wednesday they will accept donations from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
