TRURO, N.S. — MyChopChop brand "Grounded Peper" has been recalled from the marketplace due to possible Salmonella contamination.

The product has been sold across Canada through the internet.

The recall was triggered by Canadian Food Inspection Agency  test results but no reported illnesses have been connected with it.

Food contaminated with Salmonella may not look or smell spoiled but can still make you sick.
