PICTOU, N.S.

The 83rd Annual Pictou County Memorial Day Parade and Service were held in Pictou on Sunday, Nov. 4.

While the individual towns will hold Remembrance Day services at local cenotaphs on Nov. 11, it's tradition to hold a joint service for all county residents in Pictou the Sunday before.

The event was sponsored by Zone 6 of the Royal Canadian Legion.
