The funeral procession will be taking place through the towns of New Glasgow and Stellarton, starting about 1:30 p.m. leaving from the H W Angus funeral home. The service will be held 2 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church with internment afterward.
Delays are expected on East River Road, Bridge Avenue, and Foord Street during the afternoon. Also, Foord Street will be closed from Jubilee Avenue to Bridge Avenue from about noon – 4 p.m. Jubilee Avenue will be closed to traffic most of the day. Please seek alternate routes during these times.
