A Truro man charged with break and enter will have his trial heard Feb. 21 in Pictou provincial court.
Burton Ward, 25, entered not guilty pleas to charges of break and enter with the intent to commit an indictable offence on Aug 30 in the Garden of Eden. He also pleaded not guilty to a charge of possession of stolen property, possession of instruments suitable for the purpose of breaking into a building and uttering a threat. He entered a guilty plea to a charge of mischief.
