PICTOU – A New Glasgow doctor charged with voyeurism will appear in Pictou Supreme Court on Dec. 7.
A preliminary hearing was held Tuesday in Pictou provincial court for Dr. Rafid Al-Nassar, who is accused of video-recording people in situations where they had the expectation of privacy.
Al-Nassar has elected to have his case heard by a judge and jury and trial dates are expected to be selected during the December court appearance.
