SYDNEY, N.S. — A Stellarton man is to return to provincial court in January to enter pleas on sex offences.

Bryden Joshua David Wallace, 34, of Foord Street is charged with sexual assault and sexual interference. The offences are alleged to have occurred in Sydney between February and October 2018.

Wallace continues his release on conditions that include having no contact with the complainant, he is to abide by a curfew and is to have no access to social media.

Wallace is now scheduled to enter pleas Jan. 3.
