STELLARTON
Police have seized ammunition and drugs after executing a search warrant at a residence on Pleasant Street in Stellarton on Wednesday.
At approximately 10 a.m., the Pictou County Integrated Street Crime Enforcement Unit, with the assistance of the Stellarton Police Service, executed the warrant and found a quantity of ammunition, cannabis and other unidentified substances.
Police arrested a 36-year-old male from Stellarton, who has been charged with failing to comply with a conditional sentence order, failing to comply with a prohibition order, unsafe storage of ammunition and production and possession of a controlled substance. The man remains in custody and will appear in provincial court at a later date.
