STELLARTON, N.S. — STELLARTON – There’s been a change in the traffic flow in downtown Stellarton.

Effective Aug. 30, the Town of Stellarton has a 3-way stop control in place at the intersection of Foord Street and Jubilee Avenue.

Motorists traveling north and south on Foord Street are required under the Motor Vehicle Act to stop at the newly erected stops signs on Foord Street. The stop sign on Jubilee will remain in place. In accordance with the Motor Vehicle Act the first vehicle at the intersection will then have the right to proceed with caution.
