PICTOU – Three men have pleaded not guilty to keeping liquor for sale.
Daniel Simms, 54, of Colchester, John Joseph MacLean, 51, of New Glasgow and Issam Karam, 52, of Glace Bay have been charged in relation to an alleged incident on MacLean Street in New Glasgow on July 15, 2016.
Karam is also charged with possession of cannabis, codeine and hydromorphine.
The men have elected to have their trial heard as one and set trial dates for June 11 and 12, 2018, in Pictou provincial court.
