WOOD ISLANDS, P.E.I. - Northumberland Ferries Ltd. has cancelled its 6:30 a.m. crossing for Friday, Oct. 26 because the MV Confederation has been tied up for the night in Caribou, N.S.

NFL said weather conditions forced the Confederation to stay in docks in Caribou, meaning the 6:30 sailing from Wood Islands on Friday morning would be cancelled.

Weather conditions also forced the cancellation of crossings late afternoon and early Thursday evening, including the 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. crossings from Wood Islands, as well as the 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. departures from Caribou.

Check NFL's website for the full schedule of crossings.
