PICTOU – A 51-year-old man will return to Pictou provincial court later this month to set a trial date.

John Joseph MacLean is charged with unlawfully committing the offence of keeping liquor for sale. The charge was laid in connection with an alleged incident on MacLean Street, New Glasgow, on July 15, 2017.

He will return to court Dec. 18 to set a trial date after pleading not guilty to charge in Pictou provincial court.
