Marks identified as victim of Nappan car crash

NAPPAN, N.S. – A single-vehicle crash on Highway 302 in Nappan has claimed the life of a 30-year-old Amherst man.

The vehicle rolled off the highway and the driver was ejected.

The crash occurred at 10:52 a.m. Thursday near the Agri-Foods and Agriculture Canada experimental farm

A witness called 911 and reported the collision. The man had no pulse when police arrived the scene and paramedics were not able to revive him.

Family confirmed his identity as Frankie Marks.

RCMP closed the road while a collision analyst examined the scene. 

The investigation is ongoing.
