NEW GLASGOW, N.S. — New Glasgow Regional Police have arrested and charged an 18-year-old New Glasgow man with two counts of break and enter and two counts of voyeurism within the New Glasgow area.
Police made the arrest on Jan. 30 at 3:45 p.m.
New Glasgow Regional Police received the complaint that on Jan.29 at approximately 5 a.m. that a man entered a residence and then shortly thereafter entered another residence in the area of New Glasgow. In both cases the man entered each residence and immediately fled the area.
Preliminary investigation has determined that this was not a random act.
The suspect remains in custody and will be appearing in Provincial Court in Pictou on a bail hearing on Feb. 4 on the charges of two counts voyeurism and two counts of break and enter.
The investigation involves two female victims who were not injured in each of the separate residences.
