PICTOU – A local physician charged with voyeurism will have his five-day jury trial take place in September 2018.
Dr. Rafid Al-Nassar is accused of video-recording people in situations where they had the expectation of privacy.
The trial will begin Sept. 17 in Pictou Supreme Court.
