EDWARDS, Charlotte A. (Fraser) Pictou After 80 active years, Charlotte passed away peacefully on April 5, 2018. Loving daughter of the late George Fraser and Minnie May Fraser (Boudreau). Born and raised in Pictou, she was proud of her Scottish heritage, tracing her lineage to the arrival of the ship Hector. Charlotte raised her family in Pickering, Ontario with husband James (deceased). Charlotte returned to the family home in Pictou after her retirement. Charlotte is survived by her children, Vernon, Dana, Gina, Roger and Tim; was a second mother to niece, Daphne. Also left to mourn her passing are siblings, Edith, Don and Connie. She will also be missed by her grandchildren, Dawn, Daniel, Devin, Victoria, Andrew, Daisy, Cristal, Trevor, Jessica, Adam; and great-grandchildren, Riley, Aiden, Arya, Kean and Silas. She will be remembered fondly by her extended family of nieces, nephews and their children across Canada and the U.S.A. Visitation will take place at the McLaren Funeral Home, Pictou on April 11th, from 6 to 8 pm with a private family service to follow at 8pm. Internment will take place in the Stella Maris Roman Catholic Cemetery in Pictou at a later date. Charitable donations in lieu of flowers please.
