Ellen Radowits — New Glasgow

G. Ellen Radowits New Glasgow; On May 24th ,2018 Ellen passed away peacefully at home. Born in Upper Brookside Col . Co. Ellen grew up in the home of her grandparents Ephriam and Lalia Fisher . Ellen lived in Alberta for a number of years , while in Alberta she owned and operated her own catering service. When she returned to Nova Scotia Ellen settled in Pictou County where she was active in the Gardening Club and was an avid dancer. She was an adherent of the Hopewell Eureka East River Pastoral Charge of the United Church. Surviving are her son Kevin Radowits of Kelowna B.C. , chosen son Dale of Pictou Co. , sister Patricia Oldford of Westville ,special friend Tom Scott of Eureka. A public graveside service will take place on July 3rd ,2018 at 11 A.M. in the Crossroads Cemetery ,Valley with Rev. Bonnie Fraser officiating. Donations in memory of Ellen may be made to the Lodge That Gives ,Halifax. Arrangements are under the direction of the H.W.Angus Funeral Home.
