TRENTON – Florrie Amelia Llewellyn, 88, Trenton, passed away Friday, July 26, 2019 at home. Born in Point Pleasant, P.E.I., she was a daughter of the late John Westway and Mary Ellen (Leeco) Miller. In younger years, Florrie worked in a lobster factory and at Sobeys, Aberdeen Mall, New Glasgow. She enjoyed looking after children and cooking for family and friends. Florrie was a member of First United Church, Trenton, where she served as an Elder, with the UCW and in pastoral visiting. She was a member of the 55 Plus Club. She leaves a rich legacy of love. Surviving are her children, Ken, Trenton; Rhonda (Greg) Hanula, Toronto, Ont.; Scott (Dawn), Fall River; Darren, Hillside; sister-in-law, Audrey, Murray River; grandchildren, Ken Jr. (Danielle), James (Sandra), Wynter (Cory), Anna (Ryan), Garrett, Samantha, Gina (Tyson) and Crystal (Adam); great-grandchildren, Ella, Brynn, Krew, Kayde and Gunner; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Oakley; daughter, Mary in infancy; grandson, Noah Llewellyn; sister, Hazel (Roulie) Graham; brothers, William and Hiram Miller. The family will receive visitors 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 31st in P. & K. MacDonald Funeral Home from where funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, August 1st with Rev. Doug Pillsworth officiating. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Hillside. Donations may be made in Florrie’s memory to First United Church, Trenton. www.pkmacdonald.ca
