Robert Crawford

CRAWFORD, Robert Robert (Bob) O. “To Jo” Crawford 82, of Westville passed away on Monday, August 26, 2019 at his apartment. Born in New Glasgow, he was a son of the late Reuben and Elizabeth (Bowen) Crawford, Fox Brook. Bob was a truck driver having worked for various trucking companies over the years. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Christena MacDonald; daughter, Brenda Lee Crawford, Pictou; sons, Rueben Crawford, New Glasgow and James Hart, Oshawa, Ont.; step daughters, Marie MacDonald, Pictou Landing Road and Nicole McLeod, New Glasgow; special grandson, Anthony Mcleod; 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. He is also survived by his sister, Gertie Copp, Westville and sister-in-law, Gloria Crawford, Union Centre. He was predeceased by his brothers, James “Buster” and Carl Crawford and sister, Joan Moulton. There was no visitations or funeral by request. A family grave side service was held Thursday, August 29th at the Auburn Cemetery, Westville with Rev. Mary Taylor officiating.
