Sheila Davidson

DAVIDSON, Sheila Sheila Margaret Davidson, 70 of New Glasgow, formerly of Westville passed away on Monday, October 14, 2019 at her home with her loving husband by her side. Born in New Glasgow, she was a daughter of the late John and Elizabeth ‘Bessie’ (Forrestall) Larade of Westville. A very thoughtful and kind person, Sheila was very much a family person who was always making sure her family stayed in touch with each other. Sheila will be dearly missed by her husband, Gerald ‘Jerry’; stepsons, Christopher (Melissa), ON, Derek (Mary), ON.; grandchildren, Connor, Matthew, Olivia and Kera; brother, Bill Larade, Six Mile Brook; sisters, Sharon Dooley (Jim), Toronto, Diane MacDonald (Lester), Dartmouth, Pat MacDonald (Dave), Trenton, Barb Hunter (Dean), Westville; sister-in-law, Geraldine Lankford, ON, and brother-in-law, Hubert MacGillivary. She was predeceased by sisters, Valerie MacGillivary and Marion Stairs and sister-in-law, Peggy Larade. There will be no visitations. Her funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, October 18 from the Church of the Holy Name, Westville, with Father Charles Cameron officiating.
