LETTER: Keep push on for twinning

On behalf of the Twin Highway 104 committee, who are dedicated to get Highway 104 twinned between Sutherlands River and Antigonish, we would like to say thank you to the public and the government  for the overwhelming support that you have given us.

This project is major hurdle to make sure that our loved ones who travel this stretch of highway daily get home safely. It will also bring much needed relief to the first responders who have to respond to these horrific crashes.

As you are aware, the motoring public safety was our number one reason of pushing for twinning of this deadly stretch of highway from day one. We will continue to push this issue until it becomes reality in seven years or less.

Please help us by asking your local MLAs and candidates in the upcoming election in Nova Scotia within the next year to support this undertaking fully. Join us at and sign our petition and join our Facebook Group. Again thank you and please drive safely.
