Bantam A Crushers take two from Bulldogs

WESTVILLE ROAD – The Pictou County Bantam A Crushers grabbed a pair of wins against the league-leading Antigonish Bulldogs last weekend.

The team won 3-1 at the Pictou County Wellness Centre on Saturday and again on Sunday afternoon at the Antigonish Arena.

Scoring for the Crushers in their home game were Reilly Grant, Ethan MacKenzie and Aiden Hahn, while Sunday goal scorers were Dawson MacKay, Isaac Willison and Ian Reynolds.

The Bantam A Crushers have a busy weekend upcoming with three games in two days against the Truro Bearcats. Game one goes Saturday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. at the PCWC. Game two is Sunday at 9:15 a.m. – also at the PCWC – while the third game is at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the Rath-Eastlink Centre in Truro.
