Bantam AA Crushers have league playoffs this weekend

WESTVILLE ROAD – The Pictou County Bantam AA Crushers will compete in the Bantam AA Mainland League playoffs this weekend in Antigonish.

The eight-team league will play a tournament-style finish to the season, which will see the top two teams moving on to provincials.

Pictou County will play Friday at 1 p.m. versus Yarmouth and 4:30 p.m. against Acadia. On Saturday, the Crushers play Truro at 2:30 p.m. and Western Valley at 7 p.m. Sunday will have semifinals at 9 a.m. and the championship game at noon.

Bantam AA provincials will be held in April in Cumberland County.
