WESTVILLE ROAD

Hoping to get a little win streak going, the Junior A Crushers will have to do it the hard way: by beating the Edmundston Blizzard on the road.

The Crushers, who haven't played since Nov. 30 when they edged the Truro Bearcats 5-4 on home ice, will travel to Edmundston for a 3 p.m. game on Sunday, against what is – on paper – the Maritime Hockey Leagues best team: the Blizzard are 19-4-2, occupy the top spot in the North Division and have the leagues best record.

Defenceman Marc Gagnon, who has missed almost two months with an upper-body injury, will travel with the team to New Brunswick but his return will be a game-time decision.

The Crushers (9-12-2) are in fifth place in the South.
