KEPPOCH, N.S. — A couple of guided hikes are on tap for Saturday, Oct. 26.

A Keppoch Mountain hike, presented by Hike Nova Scotia and Keppoch Mountain, will take place on the Summit Loop at Keppoch Mountain in Antigonish County, starting at 11 a.m.

A Fitzpatrick Mountain Hike, presented by Hike Nova Scotia and the Cape to Cape Trail Hiking Club, will take place on the Fitzpatrick Mountain Trail, Scotsburn, Pictou County, at 12 p.m.

For that hike, folks must pre-register at ericnosliw1@gmail.com. A free-will donation is suggested.

With both events, persons can qualify to win a trail prize; and for additional information, visit hikenovascotia.ca.
