BEDFORD – The Pictou County Wear Well Bombers saw its season come to a close on the weekend.

The Major Bantam club lost 5-1 in Bedford on Saturday, as the Barons took the best-of-three series in two games and earned a spot at provincials later this month in Liverpool. Bedford scored three times in the second period to put the game out of reach.

Matt Carson had the only goal for Pictou County, assisted by Lucas Canning.
