NEW GLASGOW, N.S. – The North Nova junior varsity boys’ basketball team will be hosting a tournament this weekend.

The Gryphons are in a pool with the Amherst Vikings and Springhill Golden Eagles.

The second pool will feature the NRHS Nighthawks, Dr. J.H. Gillis Royals and Guysborough Academy Blue Eagles.

NNEC will play its first game Friday at 3:30 p.m. against Springhill and play again at 6:30 p.m. vs. Amherst Regional.

The Nighthawks will take on the Royals at 8 p.m. Friday, and have a 9 a.m. game the next day against Guysborough Academy.
