Robin Rorison-Fraser was successful in earning her green belt with blue stripe, while John Bezanson earned his green belt. They train under Jimmy Hall, a 4th degree black belt. Also earning his green belt was Corey Prosser. The Pictou County members train on Friday and Saturday nights and occasionally Sunday, focusing on patterns (putting techniques together) and kicking and sparring drills. They also work on breaking boards as pictured. For more information on joining or trying out a class, contact Rorison-Fraser on Facebook.
