TRURO, N.S. – Cam Lynds pumped home two goals, including the eventual game-winner midway through the second period, as the Pictou County Crushers downed the South Shore Lumberjacks 6-2 Friday to win the Hockey Nova Scotia’s Day of Champions Midget A division.

Lucas LeBlanc, Burke Murray, Ryan Denny and Brycen MacDonald scored other goals for the Crushers in the provincial title game, which was played at the Rath Eastlink Community Centre in Truro.

Keegan Walker was solid between the pipes and picked up the win.
