Northern Selects repeat as champs

The Selects will now prepare to head to St. John's, N.L. over the Easter weekend, where they will represent Nova Scotia at the Atlantic female Midget AAA Championships. The Selects lost a tough final game at last years Atlantics on a goal scored late in the third period. This year the Selects are hoping to reverse that trend and earn their way to the Esso Cup National Female Midget AAA Championships, in Bridgewater, N.S. The Selects will be holding a number of fundraisers next weekend to help them get to St. John's.
